University of Roehampton 

The University of Roehampton, located in London, England, was founded in 1841 as a teacher training college. It later became a polytechnic, and in 1992 it was granted university status. Today, it is a public research university with a focus on teacher education, the arts and humanities, and social sciences. It has four academic faculties: Arts and Humanities, Education and Social Sciences, Business, Economics and Law, and Life Sciences, and Human Sciences. The University has over 14,000 students and is known for its research in areas such as education, psychology, and creative writing.
