A tasty breakfast option to eat. It will take 15 minutes to cook and will make 2 servings. The ingredients include:

1 tbsp olive oil

¼ cup chopped red pepper& chopped onions

1 cup egg substitute

Salt and pepper to taste

1 small tomato chopped

½ cup fresh baby spinach chopped

½ tsp minced or dry basil

2 whole wheat tortilla (7-8 inches)

2 tbsp low fat feta cheese crumbled.

Now heat oil in a non stick pan and add peppers and onions. Cook them over medium heat till the onions are brown and add the egg substitute and spices to it. Now cook till the eggs are set with occasional stirring. Now place the tomatoes and spinach in the center of the wrap and place the cooked egg mixture on top with feta cheese. Fold the wrap and eat.
