Greek Salad with Chicken: It makes 4 servings and will take only 25 minutes to be ready to eat and can be eaten with pita bread and hummus.  Ingredients include:

1/3 cup red wine or vinegar

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp chopped fresh dill/oregano

1 tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp salt & pepper each

6 cups of chopped lettuce

2.5 cups of chopped boiled chicken

2 medium tomatoes chopped

1 medium cucumber peeled and chopped

½ cup finely chopped red onions, sliced black olives & crumbled feta cheese.

Now whisk vinegar, olive oil, oregano/dill, garlic powder, salt and pepper together in a large bowl. Add lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, olives, feta and toss to coat it and eat it.
